PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS SITE (“Cocomotion.studio”). This site and all content, information, and services accessible through it (the “Site”) are made available by Cocomotion Studio, operating internationally, and solely owned and controlled by Cocomotion Studio (“Cocomotion”).

This Agreement is made by and between Cocomotion Studio and the User, a person or entity who browses, downloads, or otherwise uses materials from this Site. Use of this Site and its materials is subject to the following terms and conditions.

By accessing and using this Site, YOU (“User”) AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH HEREIN (the “Agreement”). If User is accessing and using this Site on behalf of any group or entity, User warrants that they have all necessary authority to enter into this Agreement. If at any time User does not agree to be bound by these terms, User must stop using the Site immediately.

1. Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement:

“User Creative Work” refers to any User-created movie, video, game, app, cinematic render, commercial, or product that uses animation files or 3D assets downloaded from the Site and incorporated in a manner that prevents extraction, reuse, redistribution, or standalone access.

“Services” refers to Cocomotion Studio’s online services available from the Site, including without limitation access to downloadable digital animation files.

“Animation Assets / Motion Files” refers to motion-capture animation files, poses, loops, and similar digital motion content owned and provided by Cocomotion Studio.

“3D Assets and Props” refers to 3D models, characters, scenery, or props provided as part of downloadable content on the Site.

“Content” refers to all digital materials provided by Cocomotion Studio, including animations, 3D assets, videos, graphics, branding, text, data, and all downloadable items.

2. License

2.1 Grant

User is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to access and use this Site and downloadable Content (“Site Materials”) upon payment of applicable fees.

User may not transfer the license to any other person or entity.
However, User may include Animation Assets and 3D Assets within User Creative Work and distribute User Creative Work to customers. Once properly integrated into a User Creative Work, Cocomotion Studio cannot revoke this sublicensed use.

2.2 Limitations

Except as permitted in Section 2.3, User may NOT:

• Copy, download, store, publish, transmit, transfer, sell, sublicense, or distribute Site Materials except as expressly permitted

• Modify Site Materials except for modifications solely to incorporate them into User Creative Work

• Reverse-engineer Site Materials or Site functionality

• Use automated tools (robots, scraping software) to copy Site Materials without written permission

• Sell, rent, lease, or commercialize Site Materials separately or as standalone downloads

• Upload or redistribute animations in raw form (FBX, BVH, MP4 or equivalent)

• Make Content available in a form that allows extraction outside User Creative Work

2.3 User Creative Work

Upon payment of fees, User may:

• Download and modify Animation Assets solely to create User Creative Work

• Distribute Animation Assets only when embedded and non-extractable within User Creative Work

User may NOT:

• Sell or distribute Animation Assets or 3D Assets separately

• Upload raw animation files to asset marketplaces or free repositories

• Allow others to extract or access animation data

Once incorporated properly, Cocomotion Studio is not entitled to royalties from User Creative Work.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All Site Materials are the exclusive property of Cocomotion Studio.
This Agreement does not grant ownership to the User — only limited, licensed rights.

User agrees to maintain copyright notices and apply commercially reasonable restrictions to prevent extraction, reverse engineering, or redistribution of the files.

4. Registration

Some features may require User registration. User must provide accurate information and maintain confidentiality of their login credentials.
User is responsible for all activity under their account.

5. Restrictions on Use

User may NOT upload, distribute, or use this Site to distribute:

• Defamatory, obscene, abusive, or illegal material

• Content that infringes intellectual property rights

• Malware, viruses, or harmful code

Cocomotion Studio may suspend or terminate access to any User violating these restrictions.

6. Third-Party Content and Links

The Site may contain external links (such as YouTube, social platforms, or partner stores).
Cocomotion Studio does not control or guarantee any external site content.
User assumes all risk when interacting with third-party services.

7. Fees & Payments

Digital downloads and licensed materials may require payment.
Prices displayed on the Site may change at any time.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Site and Site Materials are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.
Cocomotion Studio does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free access.

Cocomotion Studio is not liable for:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Loss of data, profit, business interruption, or inability to access Site Materials

User's exclusive remedy is to discontinue use of the Site.

9. Indemnification

User agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Cocomotion Studio from any claims or damages arising from:

• Violation of this Agreement

• Creation or distribution of User Creative Work

• Intellectual property disputes caused by modifications made by the User

10. Termination

Cocomotion Studio may terminate access to the Site at any time without notice.
Upon termination, User must stop using Site Materials except for already-created User Creative Work.
